WHMD Clubhouse Agreement 5-10-2023
- Please fill out the attached form to rent the room at the clubhouse, attach payment and send to the District
- Agreements will not be approved until checks are received and agreement is signed off
- Only the multi-purpose room at the 6795 Crystal Downs Drive clubhouse is available for rental
- There are no rentals available for the Vernazza Clubhouse
